FORMS AND DIRECTIONS OF THE POPULATION SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT PROCESSES’ CONTROL IN THE CONDITIONS OF ECONOMIC REFORMATION

Abstract
In the article substantiated the forms and directions of the population social development processes’ control. In particular, formed a system of objects, which should be subject to control in the mechanisms of state social policy formation and implementation. Characterized the main forms in which the state social policy can be controlled. Grounded the control forms correlation over the processes of the state social policy formation and implementation in the concept of comprehensive personality development. Proposed a three-level control system for the mechanisms of the state social policy formation and implementation.
