Forms of use of special knowledge in criminal proceedings

Abstract
It is considered the forms of use of special knowledge in criminal proceedings described in juridical books. Special attention is taken to the issues of specialist involving; it is studied its concept, status. Suggestions on changing and supplementing of criminal procedure legislation are given.
