ФОРМУВАННЯ АДАПТИВНИХ МЕХАНІЗМІВ РЕГУЛЮВАННЯ КОРПОРАТИВНИХ ВІДНОСИН СУБ’ЄКТІВ ГОСПОДАРЮВАННЯ: ПОГЛЯДИ КРІЗЬ ПРИЗМУ ЕКОНОМІЧНОЇ БЕЗПЕКИ УКРАЇНИ

Formation of adaptive mechanisms of regulation of corporate relations of business entities: views through the prism of economic security of Ukraine. The present state of corporate management in the enterprises of the real sector of economy is investigated. It is proved that the formation of adaptive mechanisms of regulation of corporate relations of economic entities will promote the economic security of business both at micro level and at the state level. On the example of existing public joint stock companies, the peculiarities of corporate relations existing at food industry enterprises are researched. It was established that in the overwhelming majority of enterprises an insider closed model of corporate relations was formed, characterized by a high concentration of majority ownership (more than 68%), a significant representation of the owners of the controlling stake in the management bodies of all levels, and the declarative nature of corporate procedures, which are used mainly for the legitimization of the adopted decisions. The disadvantages of corporate relations that have been formed in the investigated enterprises include: absence of dividend policy and neglect of the rights of small shareholders, decoration of supervisory boards and audit commissions that have no real impact on processes and procedures in the organization, lack of internal audit, low activity of enterprises in the financial market. According to the results of the evaluation of the effectiveness of corporate governance at the enterprises of the investigated circle, the low level of corporate culture and its compliance with the existing principles of corporate governance, the imbalance of the impact of various groups of subjects of corporate relations on the economic processes in the organization has been confirmed. At the same time, the results of the evaluation of economic indicators of the strategic development of the organization and the indicators of current management showed a relatively high efficiency of the board and management, which indicates a sufficient level of competence of the management of the investigated enterprises.
