ФОРМУВАННЯ АНТИКОРУПЦІЙНИХ СТАНДАРТІВ ЯК ОСНОВА ЗАПОБІГАННЯ КОРУПЦІЇ В УКРАЇНІ

Abstract
The article analyzes the participatory approaches to the concept of anti-corruption standards, which should become the basis for the formation of a policy of corruption prevention. The Kazakhstan experience regarding the formation of anti-corruption standards has been analyzed. Anticorruption standard in Kazakhstan includes the following basic elements: the establishment of rules of conduct (actions) of persons who work in a separate sphere of social relations (in the realization of the rights and legitimate interests of individuals and legal entities in the area affected by the anti-corruption standard; in the preparation and adoption of administrative and other decisions within the framework of its competence, in the preparation of draft normative legal acts, and in other relationships that arise depending on the specifics of the sphere of life).
