Abstract
У статті визначено зміст понять «державні послуги в електронному вигляді» й «електронний уряд» та їх співвідношення. Виокремлено низку проблем, що становлять так звані бар’єри, які характеризують опір внутрішнього і зовнішнього середовища під час формування системи електронних державних послуг для підприємств та організацій. Визначено напрями удосконалення надання адміністративних послуг. Також втизначено принципи удосконалення державних послуг в електронному вигляді.
