FORMWORK OF PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE OF MAYBUTNI ECONOMISTIVS

Abstract
Considered the main theoretical approaches to the formation of professional competence of future specialist. Analyzed the definition of competence in various fields of knowledge and different scientific approaches. Highlight instrumental, interpersonal and systemic competencies of professional activity and the level of their formation. Defined and analyzed the main approaches to the issue of professional competence of future specialists in economic disciplines in higher education. Based on the specific content of economic education, management, information and methodical, scientific, technological, appraisal and reflective aspects of the model of formation of professional competence of future economists at the university.
