Foundations for quality and organizational management control

Abstract

Quality and control for organizational management is a system that allows organizations to fulfill their purposes and goals established as corporate identity, guaranteeing the integral satisfaction of their actors. The purpose of this research is to determine the foundations for organizational management quality and control. This research was developed under a qualitative, documentary, descriptive perspective. It consisted of the review and analysis of the specialized literature. It was obtained that there is a series of standardized foundations, which can be adjusted according to the particularity of each organization, which guarantee excellent quality control for organizational management. But to implement them, all the personnel who will execute it must be involved and trained, with a series of steps, rules and procedures that are essential for its application
