Four Steps Block Predictor-Block Corrector Method for the solution of y"=f(x,y,y)
Journal Title: JOURNAL OF ADVANCES IN MATHEMATICS - Year 2014, Vol 5, Issue 3
Abstract
A method of collocation and interpolation of the power series approximate solution at some selected grid points is considered to generate a continuous linear multistep method with constant step size.predictor-corrector method was adopted where the predictors and the correctors considered two and three interpolation points implemented in block method respectively. The efficiency of the proposed method was tested on some numerical examples and found to compete favorably with the existing methods.

COMMON FIXED POINT THEOREM FOR A PAIR OF WEAKLY COMPATIBLE SELF-MAPPINGS IN FUZZY METRIC SPACE USING (CLRG) PROPERTY
In this paper we prove a common fixed point theorem for a pair of weakly compatible self-mappings in fuzzy metric space by using (CLRg) property. The result is extended for two finite families of self-mappings...
Some modifications on RCAM for getting accurate closed-form approximate solutions of Duffing- and Lienard-type equations
In this work, authors propose some modifications Adomian decomposition method to get some accurate closed form approximate or exact solutions of Duffing- and Li“enard-type nonlinear ordinary differential equations.R...
Oscillation Criteria for Third-Order Nonlinear Delay Difference Equations
In this paper, we are concerned with oscillation of a class of third-order nonlinear delay difference equation of the form We establish some new oscillation criteria by transforming this equation...
New two-step predictor-corrector method with ninth order convergence for solving nonlinear equations
In this paper, we suggest and analyze a new two-step predictor-corrector type iterative method for solving nonlinear equations of the type. This method based on a Halley and Householder iterative method and using predict...
On Parameters Estimation in Stochastic Differential Equations with Additive Random Effects
In this paper, we proposed a class of statistical models where random effects are inserted into a Stochastic differential equations (SDEs) model, SDE defined N independent stochastic processes the drift term depend...
