FRAMING THE SOCIO-POLITICAL REALITY AS A MECHANISM FOR FORMING POLITICAL VALUES OF YOUTH

Abstract
The article defines the features of the influence of the value-based framing mechanisms of socio-political reality in the process of forming the political values of young people. Important problems in the formation of personal political values are the predominance of material values in the value structure of the young man in comparison with public values; value confusion; lack of personal motivation to participate in political life; passive civic position of youth. To form a personal «agenda» for a young person, qualitatively different from the «agenda» formed by the media, it is advisable to apply framing as a mechanism for constructing a value attitude to the socio-political reality in the mind of a young person, using modern social media-social networks.
