Abstract

In the article, from the standpoint of an integrated and systemic approach, the place, role, directions of sci-entific research and models for estimating the free time of the population and its use by the society for the imple-mentation of corporate social responsibility are defined using the example of Mariupol. The study revealed the potential use of free time by the population of Mariupol, which is about 7% of its fund. A small share of the use of the free time fund of the population of Mariupol at the place of main residence reflects the need to implement the directions of development of the relevant infrastructure of the city and corporate social responsibility in it. The study presents the social aspects of free time and its use by society on the basis of the introduction of an integrated and systematic approach. The main conclusions and results of the research are as follows: the place and role of free time is determined as a measure of the real wealth of society; it has been suggested that free time is understood as such time that is not absorbed directly by productive labor, but remains free for pleasure, leisure, free activity and development. Leisure time appears in this regard as a space for the development of human capital; it is substantiated that the use of free time, in particular, with the aim of intro-ducing corporate social responsibility is an important area of research into the quality of life of society; analytical forms of economic and mathematical models for estimating free time and its use are proposed; determined the level of public use of free time of the population as an effective resource for the implementation of corporate social responsibility; it is estimated and determined that the level of free time used by society as an effective re-source of socially responsible activities is insufficient, that society does not create real conditions for a person to have the opportunity to reveal himself, to rise to the high-est level of quality of life through the manifestation of his abilities and increasing his satisfaction constantly growing needs.
