Abstract
This website specializes in giving traffic reports for a specific area. Much of our collected data comes from automatic sensors placed at various points around the motorway to nitor vehicle speeds. We have provided an accurate, p-to-date eport which is normally faster than other mediums, such as radio. Typically our speed readings are updated every 3 inutes. Using this website a user can give the starting place and destination to the system. Depending on the prevalent traffic conditions, the website will suggest the best route to be taken y the user. Other than this, the user can also generate several other useful information from the data collected, like finding the nearest hospital to the user’s location or finding the nearest restaurant. There is also a scope to add lot more to this application for user’s convenience.
