FUNCTIONAL REHABILITATION AND PHYSICAL TREATMENT OF MUSCLE TISSUE INJURIES OF FOOTBALL PLAYERS

Abstract
Introduction: Today, in the modern world, most of the people are involved in sport’s activities which more often cause injuries of muscles. On account of “generousness” of the muscle tissue and according to the knowledge of complete regeneration of the muscle tissue without any complications, process of curing demands the knowledge and great pratical experience. The aim of this work is to show the most common localisations and sorts of injuries and also the methods of curing and rehabilitation of football players inferiority of fast returning to the sport fields and achieving high results.Conclusion: the curing and the process of rehabilitation of football players after treating muscles demand special treatment must be comprehended and adopted with the prosperity of any sport. Just in cases of regular aproach to this pathology, the injured sportsman can be rehabilitated and capable for fast comeback on the field. Contrary, the complications and indications demand new treatments. “An injured sportsman can be cured better, but never faster.”
