FUNCTIONING OF THE TERMINOLOGICAL FIELD "NATURAL SCIENCE" IN THE NOVEL "MONDAY MOURNING" BY K. REICHS

Abstract
This article analyzes the problem of systemic organization of terms, because we know that terms are lexical units of language that are characterized by high degree of organization and consistency. The article describes the difference between the concepts of "terminological field" and "terminological system" as these two concepts represent the structural system of terms, so in linguistics, it is necessary to distinguish them. In addition, the article considers the functioning of the terminological field "natural science" in the novel "Monday mourning" by the American writer K. Reich. It also explores the structural analysis of the terminological field and investigates the frequency of use of terms of terminological field "natural science".
