FUNDAMENTALS OF LAW OF INFORMATION PROVIDING WITH THE HIGH EDUCATION QUALITY IN UKRAINE

In this article the main issues of information provide of the system of quality of the high education in Ukraine were showed. The Attention was accented to implementation (introduction) of the international legal customs in this sphere. The legal mechanisms of information providing of the system of quality of the high education were determined.
