Abstract
Recently, special attention has been paid to improving the higher education system on the basis of ensuring a solid integration of science, education and production, based on the needs of the social sphere and economic sectors, training competitive personnel, effective organization of scientific and innovative activities, development of international cooperation, innovation in education management, further development of personnel management activities of specialized personnel, interaction and development of integration of education with industrial institutions.
