Fundusz Restrukturyzacji Przedsiębiorców – próba oceny działalności i zasadności jego likwidacji

Abstract
The Entrepreneurs Restructuring Fund operated in the Polish legal system for 15 years. After more than a year since its liquidation, it is necessary to consider the accuracy of this decision. The article presents the main features of the Fund, the evolution of the basic legal conditions, including critical voices as to its form and effectiveness of functioning.
