ФУНКЦИОНАЛЬНАЯ КЛАССИФИКАЦИЯ ПАДЕЖНОЙ ФОРМЫ В КАЗАХСКОМ ЯЗЫКЕ

Abstract
The basis of the picture of the world constitutes such universal categories as time, space. Despite the fact that these categories are common to all nations, techniques and methods of their cognition carry a unique national characteristic. Linguistic picture of the world is created by the language units and takes its place in the lexicon as the national language features. Generally, these features include idioms, ethnography’s, proverbs and sayings, etc., the linguistic picture of the world is created by means of their content. Grammatical categories contribute to the transformation of language means in the means of communication which in their turn, contribute to the cognition of the world picture in the national consciousness of each nation and the language picture of the world. The article deals with the issue which is one of the most actual in the grammar of the Kazakh language. As it is known, the Kazakh language is belonged to the group of agglutinative languages accordingly the synthetic method is used more than analytical when performing connective function between the words. It depends on the functions of case endings therefore issue analysis and study of the essence of case category is the most important in the present development period of modern Kazakh language. It is conducted the analysis of the scientific conclusion on the issue of seven cases division of the Kazakh language on their functions and semantics on grammatical, spatial and means, also it is defined and revealed their distinctive features in the article. These factors may contribute to putting in order deviation from the norm on the pages of modern printing, advertising, etc.
