FUZZY MATHEMATICAL APPROACH FOR EFFECTIVE GENERALIZATION OF PERFORMANCE EVALUATION

Abstract

Evolution of employee performance is one of the most important responsibilities of managers. Yetperformance evolution has been the source of considerable dissatisfaction for both managers andemployees because of the many shortcomings that have plagued evolution systems. On the basis ofDrawing on research, experience and court rulings, in this paper Fuzzy mathematical solution forestablishing an effective performance evolution system. Some of the guidelines cover the design of asystem and others its administration. Performance evolution systems are the butt of many jokes andthe source of considerable dissatisfaction.
