Гастроэзофагеальный рефлюкс и бронхиальная астма у детей в Кыргызской Республике

Abstract
Целью нашего исследования явилось выявление взаимоотношений гастроэзофагеального рефлюкса (ГЭР) и бронхиальной астмы (БА). В обследование были включены 115 пациентов в возрасте от 7 до 16 лет, имеющих диагностированную бронхиальную астму, находящиеся на стационарном лечении в отделении аллергологии и клинической иммунологии Национального Центра Охраны Материнства и Детства. В результате исследование получены данные о большей частоте легочных симптомов у больных с БА в сочетании с ГЭР. Комплексное лечение детей БА в сочетании с ГЭР, включавшее антирефлюксные препараты, привело к снижению частоты проявлений БА.
