Gastrointestinal diseases combined with thyroid pathology (literature review)

Abstract

This review presents the results of the study of combined pathology of the gastrointestinal tract and the thyroid gland, the most likely mechanisms of development and prospects for further use of the data obtained. The question of combined gastro-thyroid pathology is actively studied both by world and native scientists. The paper deals with the results of meta-analysis and own scientific researches, which confirm the possible interrelation and interdetermination of the development of combined pathology of the gastrointestinal tract and thyroid gland.
