The employment dynamics of the Ukrainian population by gender was analyzed in the period 2010-2015. However, the introduction of gender equality in the daily lives of Ukrainian society is a complicated and lengthy process that should include objective assessment of the current state in this area, both at the state and regional level. The results of the analysis deepen scientific understanding of the existence of gender issues in employment Ukraine.
