GENDER COMPONENTS IN THE PREPARATION OF THE DUCATIONAL MANAGER

Abstract
Actuality of gender preparation of manager of education is grounded in the article, a concept «gender approach», «gender competence of manager» and making her components, opens up. Introduction of the gender special course is offered in variant part of professional preparation of manager of education, the concept vehicle of discipline is exposed, effective forms and methods of educating offer within the framework of this course. The scientifically-literary analysis of home researches and foreign publications, illuminative the gender range of problems in higher education, is conducted. A gender paradigm is lighted up in a management and management as a rudimentary organ of higher school. The prospects of further research of the gender phenomenon mark in a management home & foreign system of education.
