GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS OF METHODOLOGICAL APPROACHES OF THE COMPETITIVENESS OF PERSONALITY RESEARCH

Abstract
The article analyzes the scientific sources of methodological approaches to the research of individual competitiveness. It is established that a significant number of individual psychological characteristics, properties, entities and states that are determined in the study of entrepreneurs competitiveness, as well as their uneven manifestation in different individuals, indicates the possibility and need to find out the quantitative and qualitative indicators of competitiveness of entrepreneurs, which determine professionally, important qualities. On the other hand, it indicates the need for an integrated approach in the study of psychodiagnostics, as well as the formation and development of individual psychological properties that contribute to competitiveness. In this case, the genetic modeling method is combined with the application of well-known individual research methods and procedures such as: observation, questionnaires, psychodiagnosis and experiment, which gives the primary empirical material for analysis, generalization, comprehension in the context of a single method. The content and psychodiagnostic tools of competitiveness research are developed on the basis of the use of general scientific methodical approaches, stages of the development of the research system and subject to the procedure for the determination of professionally significant properties. The analysis of literary sources testifies to «interdisciplinarity» of the problem of competitiveness, expediency of application of an integrated approach and allocation of economic and psychological directions of its research. The first approach involves external - ergonomic, economic, technical conditions, the development of successful professional activities, and the second requires a system of psychological measures and means of maintaining competitiveness in the process of formation of a professional.
