GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF CRIMINAL LAW MEASURES

Abstract
The article describes principal stages of development of criminal law measures in national criminal legislation. Basic viewpoints of scientists concerning system for criminal law measures are stated in the article. The conclusion was drawn that a legislator along with traditional (more severe) measure of public enforcement – punishment, sets apart subsystem of other measures having criminal legal nature and subsystem of measures having criminal legal nature regarding corporate persons. The article provides the author’s vision of system for criminal law measures.
