General description of the process of deinstitutionalisation in Ukraine.

Abstract
In the article, based on the analysis of scientific views of scientists and the norms of the current legislation of Ukraine, a general description of the process of deinstitutionalisation in Ukraine is provided. The ways of improving the deinstitutionalization process in Ukraine are determined. It is emphasized that today it is appropriate for some time to maintain a portion of institutional institutions for those children who do not want or can not (due to different circumstances) be arranged in family-type conditions, such a proposal is conditioned by the fact that a sharp reduction of social institutions can again lead to the problem of social orphanhood.
