GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS FOR TEACHING RELIGION IN PUBLIC SCHOOLS AND KINDERGARTENS

Abstract
The qualifications required for teaching religion in public schools and kindergartens in Poland are defined in agreements concluded between particular churches and the Minister of Education. The present article compares to what extent the requirements specified by the afore-mentioned agreements differ from the standards established for all teachers. The legal character of objective agreements is also discussed.
