Generalization of the requirement for production of environmentally safe production of animals

Abstract
The paper shows the relevance and importance of environmentally sound production of animal products. Analysis of the requirements for the production of environmentally safe animal products allowed to form a list of the main indicators, which are an integral part of this production, these include: access to open pasture animals; selection of species resistant to disease; Loose holding animals; compliance rooms and open areas biological and behavioral needs of animals; mandatory identification and registration of animals; the corresponding number of animals per 1 hectare of agricultural grounds; Animal reproduction should be carried out natural methods; feeding animals carry natural mother's milk; use of feed produced at least 50%; selection of species that are important in the formation of the herd; proper selection of diet; the technology of feeding and cultivation systems; special attention should be paid to the treatment of animals and the use of appropriate medicines; the registration of animals and disposal of waste; constantly to monitor the quality of products. To ban the production of livestock products include: breeding animals on a leash or in isolation; accepted for forced feeding; the use of synthetic substitutes for milk; the use of chemical growth promoters and veterinary drugs. The combination of current biological production methods environmentally safe agricultural products, livestock production and processing in a single technological system will improve the biologization products, improve the ecological situation and obtain partial energy independence of its production and to enter the world market with quality products.
