Genesis and the current state of the doctrine of the principles in the general theory of the right, the theory of criminal procedure and jurisprudence

Abstract
The article is devoted to establishment of genesis and the current state of the doctrine of the principles in the general theory of the right, the theory of criminal procedure and jurisprudence. It is established that from the very beginning of the emergence the principles of a penal procedural law exist as some all-social principles modified and adapted for the legal sphere which are in dialectic unity. The main sources of these principles are the policy, economy, morals, ideology, social life, legal practice.
