GENESIS OF DISTANCE TRADING AND CONCEPTUAL PRINCIPLES OF ITS ORGANIZATION

Abstract
The evolution of distance trading is considered in this article. The stages of development of distance trading from mail-order trading through catalogs to trading through Internet-shops are analyzed. The advantages and disadvantages of each form of distance trading for the buyer and seller are revealed. The analysis revealed that the force of the evolution of forms of distance trading was the attempts of sellers to minimize risks and increase the efficiency of their activities by reducing costs and expanding the client’s audience. To organize effective activity distance marketing company must have a clear, perfect structure of business processes.
