«Genocide» interpretation of Ukrainian-Polish relations in 1943-1944 in the visions of modern scholars (historical and legal aspect)

Abstract
Taking into account the development of modern national historiography, the reasons of the Ukrainian-Polish confrontation are highlighted in one of the most critical periods of their interrelations. The historical and legal analysis of separate segments of the «genocidal» interpretation of the tragic Ukrainian-Polish relations in 1943-1944 and their influence on the modern relations between the two neighboring states is carried out.
