GENRE AND STYLE FEATURES OF THE NOVEL «ZAKHAR VOVGURA» BY VLADIMIR GZYTSKIY

Abstract
This article reveals the genre and stylistic peculiarities of the novel «Zakhar Vovgura» by V. Gzhytskiy and the author tries to consider the modern peculiarities of the novel which is embodied in the synthesis of styles and of genre varieties in the only novel form, the correlation between traditions and innovative approach was distinguished. The role of this novel by V. Gzhytskiy in the literary process of the 1920‒30 years was for the first time evaluated.
