GENRES TRENDS IN THE PLOT AND CHARACTERS IN POLISH ROMANTIC PICTURES (SKETCHES) XIX - EARLY XX CENTURY

Abstract
Researching Polish drama of the XIX — early XX century, we pay our attention to the realisation of the genre’s subtitle in dramatic scenes (pictures, drawings). We can admit that in the poetics of Polish dramatic scenes (pictures) the melodramatic, vaudeville, tragicomedical motives begin to transform into existential motives of human dependence on their own phobias and the absurdity of their war with the social norms.
