Geoelectric studies of the Belgorod-Sumy megablock of the northern slope of the Dnieper-Donets Trough
Journal Title: Геофизический журнал - Year 2015, Vol 37, Issue 5
Abstract
Processing of long-term Earth’s electromagnetic field observations was performed using two software systems (PRC_MTMV and PTS), frequency distribution of the amplitude and phase of impedance, apparent resistivity, horizontal components of the magnetic tensor and tipper were obtained. Minimum on the descending part of ρk curves according to the results of a qualitative assessment corresponds to the conductor at a depth of 50—150 km.

Micromagnetic survey of the Big Belsky site of ancient settlement of the Scythian time in Poltava oblast
Micromagnetic observations have been carried out on the territory of Great Bel'sk ancient settlement of VII—V centuries B.C. (after academician B. A. Rybakov it is hypothetically the city of Gelon). Their purpose was to...
Analysis of stress-strain state of Caucasus region (Azerbaijan) on the basis of maximum horizontal stress vectors and "World Stress Map" application technique
The influence of topographic anomaly of the relief on the stress-strain state of the Caucasus lithosphere (Azerbaijan) and plotting the respective models have been considered in the paper. Stress-strain state was studied...
