Abstract
The article uses a systematic approach. It considers the stages and tendencies of development of the national economy. The paper focuses on the understanding of the integrity of socio-ecological, economic, demographic, technological and synergetic processes of social life. It lights paradigmatic approaches that are theoretical, methodological and applied nature in all fields of human activity. The authors show the experience of implementation of bio mimicry in the social-ethical and ecological-economic processes. They consider phenomena and processes taking into account the evolutionary process. The article understands the processes in their integrity, consistency and variety of elements that make up bioecosystem. The paper proposes to manage social and economic activities using Gestalt (imaginative) approach. It forms the stable form in the mind. They provide sustainable change in the long form. The paper illustrates the mechanisms of control of rural development through the introduction of the practice of public administration and implementation of the idea of "Patrimony".
