Abstract
This article points out the importance of organization of corporate legal file, as a repository of intellectual capital at the law firm, with approaches to the concept of archive, documentation and management. It also presents a brief history of the Corporate Law and the effective file standardization, which facilitates the recovery of corporate processes through the ordering of documents. It concludes that organized legal file enables the selection to the recovery, preservation and access to information, quickly, to meet effectively and efficiently the need for user information. Carried out an analysis and evaluation of the processes involved in filing documents and options to procedures established by the San Paul office.
