Giant pleomorphic adenoma in the parapharyngeal space

Abstract
The authors describe the case of 39-year-old man, with giant pleomorphic adenoma in the parapharyngeal space. He was trea ted by surgery, from transparot id approach. Diagnostic problems and methods of trea tment are discussed.
