As a result of factor and reliability analysis, it is understood the measurement tool is valid and reliability level of it is found to be high. Results: The glass ceiling perception of health workers was moderate. The perception was significantly different according to the sex, and no relation was found between it and other variables. This finding shows that there was a difference in the glass ceiling perception between men and women. The perception of women related to glass ceiling was higher than men.
