GLOBAL DIMENSIONS OF SECURITY AND THEIR PROJECTIONS INTO BULGARIAN LAW

Abstract
The first two decades of the 21st century are characterized by the fact that security issues have come to the fore. One of the indications of this important public fact is the increased dynamics of the use of the legal term "national security." The clarification of the content given to it is of utmost importance for the formation of such a legal order, which guarantees the peace and well-being of the citizens of the Republic of Bulgaria.
