Global Security versus National Security

Abstract

The emergence of the concept of security possible when the concept has become a normative sense. In this case, it appears an increasing degree of complexity resulting from the appearance of a series of factors (political, economic, military, informational, etc..), whose interaction has generated structure the concept on several levels: international security, regional security , national security and, increasingly circulated today, global security. This article tries to present the most important concepts of security: national security and global security.
