Globalization as the factor of transborder cooperation

Abstract
Globalization is the objective process, which is coming to be more and more intensive and makes some influence on world economical environmental. In the first lane some appropriate consequence of globalization process development is the activation of transborder cooperation. But globalization creates only some possibilities for such activation. The main importance possibilities are such performances as the liberalization, integration and countries mutual dependence level enhancing. The task of each country is conditions creation for the real realization transborder cooperation development as the important factor of economy development in general. By that it is needed to take into account as positive so negative possible consequences of globalization processes development in the part of economical activity.
