Globalization effect on characteristics of human capital

Abstract
In article the changes in the conditions of social production and labor requirements are analyzed. The evolutionarily changing of scientists views on staff and allocating them specific characteristics that can generate additional revenue at all economy levels is proven. The current stage of humanity evolution and changing requirements for human capital on this stage is considered.
