GNOSSEOLOGICAL ANALYSIS OF SOCIO-ECONOMIC CATEGORY “HUMAN CAPITAL”

Abstract
The article clarifies the internal content of the category “human capital”, reveals its close relationship with such an economic category as labor. Based on the method of dialectical materialism, the author investigated the qualitative changes that occur in relation to the labor force in connection with the continuous improvement and development of social production. An attempt was made to prove that with the development of productive forces on the basis of such a category as labor, the concepts of “labor resources”, “human potential”, and finally “human capital” appear.
