Abstract
Artykuł stanowi próbę odnalezienia odpowiedzi na pytanie o gwarancję poszanowania godności osoby ludzkiej w prawie pozytywnym. W trakcie analizy nawiązano do prawa naturalnego, personalizmu, moralności prawa oraz zasad obywatelskości, aby w ten sposób wyeksponować godność, jako wartość przyrodzoną człowiekowi naturalnie i pozytywnie.<br/><br/>
