GOOD PRACTICES IN ADAPTED PHYSICAL ACTIVITY AT SOME BULGARIAN GENERAL SCHOOLS

Abstract

To the gro up of pu pils with spe cial edu ca ti o nal ne eds can be re la ted han di cap ped chil dren with mild to mo de ra te physi cal or psychic da ma ges but al so pu pils with ac ce le ra ted abi li ti es in one or anot her sphe re of know led ge or skills. To all of them te ac hers must of fer ade qu a te and de ve lo ping edu ca tion but all this wit hin ma in stre am school. In di vi dual and dif fe ren ti a te ap pro ach is una vo i da ble. The aims and go als of edu ca tion sho uld be the sa me for all pu pils. So, ma in stre am te ac hers sho uld assu me re spon si bi lity for me e ting the se spe cial ne eds of the ir pu pils. The pro blem is new for them, so they still feel them sel ves slightly con fu sed but al ways se e king ways for best sol ving con cre te si tu a ti ons. This re fers even to te ac hers that ha ve of many years ex pe rien ce in ki ne sit he rapy. Prac ti ce in Bul ga ria show that even obli ga tory in struc ti ons from the si de of the mi ni stry of edu ca tion can not al ways help sol ving the pro blems. Our pa per is an at tempt to show so me de ci si ons of PE te ac hers from So fi a with pu pils that need spe cial edu ca tion.
