Готовність до змін як чинник інноваційності студентів-психологів

Abstract

Досліджено специфіку особистісної готовності до змін у студентів-психологів з різним рівнем інноваційності. Виявлено статистичні закономірності, що вказують на психологічні особливості в прояві досліджуваних властивостей, а саме: присутність у випробовуваних компонентів готовності до змін знаходить своє відображення в загальній особистісній готовності до змін та інноваційності. Исследована специфика личностной готовности к изменениям у студентов-психологов с разной выраженностью инновационности. Выявленные статистические закономерности указывают на психологические особенности в проявлении изучаемых свойств, а именно: наличие у испытуемых компонентов готовности к изменениям находят своё отражение в общей личностной готовности к изменениям и инновационности. The authors of the article present the results of theoretical and empirical analysis aimed at studying phenomena of willingness to change and to innovation. Under the innovative behavior, the authors mean proactive type of individual or collective behavior that is associated with the systematic development by social actors of new ways of activities in various areas of public life or the creation of new objects of material and spiritual culture. Being a tool for the implementation of social innovation and relating to the active types of behavior, innovative behavior is the main way of individual, collective, community’s development. It is now known that the success of the innovative behavior is largely due to the high level of innovation activity of the subject of innovative activities, and is determined by personal characteristics associated with the expertise in interaction with new ideas and technologies. The innovative potential of an individual is presented as a general characteristic, which allows a person to overcome the difficulties of life, to develop, which brings him to the personal potential. The authors of the paper have studied the specifics of personal willingness for change among students-psychologists with different level of innovation. It was found out that the survivors with a high level of innovation in all components of willingness for innovation (motivational, procedural, personal and creative), except cognitive, had significantly greater rates than survivors with low level of innovation. According to indicators of personal willingness for change the authors found out significantly greater indicators in the group of survivors with a high level of innovation in such indicators as confidence, resourcefulness, optimism and passion.
