Government-Science-Business Collaboration: Problems and Solutions

Abstract
The article analyzes the current state of technology transfer and cooperation between universities and enterprises-employers in Ukraine. The urgency of cooperation between government, science and business in the innovation sphere is proved. A new way of cooperation in the triad government-science-business is proposed.
