Gradual observance of drinking wine

Abstract
Literally, wine refers to a liquid for drinking and is so-called an intoxicating liquid which is defined as "Qomr" (wine) in Arabic. Drinking wine is one of the grave sins that the Quran has forbidden its followers from it. Punishment of drinking wine is 80 lashes. In jurisprudence, some condition are mentioned for being hit by lash for men and women such as: maturity, wisdom, free will, knowing the sanctity of drinking wine, knowing the drink is wine and not being distressed. The main reason for this punishment refers to narratives.
