Graft-Versus-Host Hastalıklı Bir Hastada Kristal Keratopatinin Alışılmışın Dışındaki Seyri

Abstract
Bu yazıda Graft-versus-Host hastalığı olan bir hastada mantar keratitine bağlı gelişen enfeksiyöz kristalin keratopati olgusunu sunmayı amaçlamaktayız. Elli bir yaşındaki erkek hasta her iki gözünde gelişen kuru göz ve total dirençli epitel defekti sebebiyle yönlendirildi. Dirençli epitel defekti medikal tedaviyle iyileşse de, takipte daha sonra Candida albicans’a bağlı olduğu ortaya konan stromal keratit geliştirdi. Antifungal tedavi ve debridman ile 3 ay içerisinde infiltratlarda iyileşme sağlandı. Kristalin keratopati, pek çok nedene bağlı olarak görülebilen önemli bir klinik durum olup mikrobiyal sebepleri yalnız bakterileri değil mantarları da kapsamaktadır. Özellikle immün yetmezlikli olgularda dikkatli değerlendirme uygun tedavinin zamanında başlanması açısından önemlidir.
