Graves Hastalığında Rastlantısal Saptanan Papiller Karsinom: Olgu Sunumu

Abstract

Benign bir hastalık olan Graves hastalığı anti-tiroid ilaç, cerrahi veya radyoaktif iyot ile tedavi edilebilir. Graves hastalığında tedavi sırasında hastada nodül saptanırsa malignite riskinin yüksek olması nedeniyle bu nodüllerin daha dikkatli değerlendirilmesi gereklidir. Hastanın izleminde ultrason veya palpasyonda tiroidde nodül saptanmayıp postoperatif papiller karsinom saptanması hekim ve hasta için şaşırtıcı olmaktadır. Biz tıbbi tedaviye dirençli Graves hastasını baştan nodül olmadığı halde postoperatif papiller karsinom çıkması nedeniyle sunmak istedik. Türk Jem 2012; 16: 102-4
