GROUNDS FOR RECOURSE TO A COURT AGAINST AN ARBITRAL AWARD: DEFINITION AND TYPES CLASSIFICATION

Abstract
This article explores the issues of recourse to a court against an arbitral award. The author of this article analyses the norms of Ukrainian and foreign law, doctrinal approaches the definition of “the ground for recourse to a court against an arbitral award”, the types of bases and their classification. There are obtained the signs of grounds for recourse to a court against an arbitral award and defined above legal category.
